In the area, there are 9 projects being implemented related to urban housing. Promoting the foundation as well as the advantages and potentials of the land, the commune especially focuses on developing tourism, ecological resort services combined with experiential tourism products, community tourism.

In the Resolution of the 1st Party Congress of the Commune, term 2025-2030, tourism and service development is identified as the top priority task and driving force for local development. Currently, tourism and services account for nearly 40% of the economic structure, contributing to creating jobs for thousands of workers and improving people's lives. The goal in 2025 is for Thanh Thuy tourism to welcome over 1.5 million visitors, with total revenue from tourism activities reaching over 1,100 billion VND.
