Legal aid training for core staff at the grassroots level

On the morning of August 21, in Vinh Phuc ward, the Department of Legal Education and Dissemination and Legal Aid - Ministry of Justice organized a training conference on legal aid for 50 core staff at the grassroots level.

At the training session, delegates were informed by the reporter of the necessary regulations and instructions, in order to help officials grasp the nature, purpose and significance of legal aid activities; subjects and procedures for requesting legal aid; rights and obligations of people receiving legal aid; and at the same time practice skills in providing information and introducing the State's free legal aid services to the people.

Reporters and delegates discussed and resolved many difficulties in legal aid work at the grassroots level.

In addition to imparting knowledge, the conference also devoted a lot of time for reporters and delegates to directly discuss legal regulations related to the lives of grassroots people, such as: civil rights, marriage and family, land policies for beneficiaries...

Through the training program, key staff at the grassroots level have further strengthened their legal knowledge and improved their skills in guiding and supporting people in handling legal situations that arise. Thereby contributing to maintaining security and order, while creating favorable conditions for the development of local people's livelihoods.
