On December 4, the Fatherland Front Committee of Pham Su Manh Ward coordinated with Joint Stock Company 397 (Army Corps 19) to organize the handover of "Houses of love" and "Houses of gratitude" to 4 policy families and poor households in difficult circumstances in the ward.
There are 3 households supported to build "Houses of Love" which are the families of Mr. and Mrs. Hoang Minh Sang, Trinh Van Tam, Pham Thi Nhat; 1 household supported to build "House of Love" is the family of Mrs. Nguyen Thi Ly.
These are all households with difficult housing circumstances, currently living in Pham Su Manh ward. Each house is supported by 80 million VND by 397 Joint Stock Company.
After construction, all projects were completed on schedule, ensuring quality and handed over to families for use.

At the ceremony of handing over the houses to the households, 397 Joint Stock Company also gave each family a gift worth 5 million VND. Pham Su Manh Ward, local departments, agencies and unions presented the families with many other essential items.
Over the years, Army Corps 19 has accompanied Pham Su Manh ward in social security activities, supporting the construction of gratitude houses, comrade houses, and solidarity houses for families with housing difficulties.
The activity of supporting housing construction for policy families and poor households of Joint Stock Company 397 is part of the series of activities of the emulation movement "The Army joins hands to build new rural areas" launched and implemented by Dong Bac Corporation (now Army Corps 19).
