Preparing to build a 15-storey social housing building in the center of Quang Ngai

QNgTV- Quang Ngai province has just issued a document agreeing to introduce a land area of ​​nearly 17,000 square meters for the Provincial Police to invest in building a social housing project to serve the armed forces.

The land plot belongs to the Infrastructure Project outside the fence of Pham Van Dong University (area C), in Cam Thanh ward. The above land plot is located in the center of Quang Ngai urban area, adjacent to four main roads, including: Huynh Thuc Khang - Nguyen Tri Phuong - Nguyen Van Troi and Mac Dang Dung.

According to the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province, in addition to agreeing on the project location, the unit has requested the Provincial Police to report to the Ministry of Public Security on the location of the land, and at the same time carry out procedures according to regulations on piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies for social housing development.

Currently, Quang Ngai has planned 19 locations, with a total area of ​​over 271 hectares to form a land fund for investment in building independent social housing. There are 7 housing projects and urban areas in the area with 20% of the land fund for social housing, with an area of ​​over 26.6 hectares.
