Ton Duc Thang University won the 2025 UAV Innovation Competition

The closing ceremony and final match of the 2025 UAV Innovation Competition - PV GAS Cup with the theme "Homeland Sky" took place in Hanoi. The first national-scale UAV technology playground in Vietnam was organized by the Institute of Space and Underwater Technology - Hanoi University of Science and Technology in collaboration with the Vietnam Gas Corporation - PV GAS. The SKYVISION team of Ton Duc Thang University won the championship.

After a tense competition journey, the SKYVISION team excellently won the PV GAS 2025 UAV Cup Championship, affirming their bravery, tactics and ability to master UAV technology at a high level.

The competition is not only the first national-scale technology playground for UAVs in Vietnam, but also a practical way to form a force of young engineers with enough courage to master strategic technologies in the future.

The experiences at the competition will be an important stepping stone for the teams to "conquer bigger challenges ahead". In 2026, there are expected to be two new competitions including the 2026 UAV Innovation Competition and the 2026 UUV Innovation Competition (Innovation of Smart Diving Devices) with many new challenges.
