Hoa Tien Commune awarded 180 million VND to support policy families to build houses after the fire.

DNO - On the morning of November 28, the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hoa Tien commune organized a ceremony to hand over funds and construction materials to support house building for policy families in difficult circumstances.

The family receiving support is Mrs. Dang Thi Tu (Phu Son Nam village). Mrs. Tu is the wife of a martyr, worshiping three martyrs (including her husband and two brothers) and a Vietnamese Heroic Mother.

Recently, due to an electrical short circuit that led to a fire, the house was almost completely burned down. Mrs. Tu moved in temporarily with her daughter while waiting for the consequences to be resolved.

Faced with the family’s difficult circumstances, the leaders of Hoa Tien commune mobilized all resources to support Mrs. Tu in rebuilding a new house. Through mobilization, Hoa Tien commune received and provided the family with about 180 million VND in support.

Specifically, the People's Committee of Hoa Tien commune donated 30 million VND, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city donated 60 million VND, the Da Nang Association in Ho Chi Minh City donated 50 million VND, Thien Tam Fund (Vingroup Corporation) donated 20 million VND and the Central Cement One Member Co., Ltd. supported 12 tons of cement.

The leaders of Hoa Tien commune requested the construction unit to speed up the progress, ensuring the completion of the project before the Lunar New Year of Binh Ngo 2026, helping Ms. Tu's family have a new, spacious home to celebrate Tet.
