Local leaders exchanged information on the damage caused by the recent historic floods, especially the impact of floods on people's lives, infrastructure, agricultural production and essential works.

On this occasion, the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Giang commune supported the people of Duy Nghia and Dien Ban Tay communes, each locality 25 million VND to share difficulties after the flood.

It is known that the three localities: Dien Ban Tay, Duy Nghia and Dong Giang signed a twinning agreement on November 10, 2025 to support each other in comprehensive development and improve the quality of people's lives.
