Vinh Thuc Commune has just organized the granting of forestry land use right certificates to households and individuals in the commune.

In recent years, the implementation of the project of forest allocation and forest leasing associated with land allocation and land leasing to households, individuals and communities in Vinh Thuc and Vinh Trung communes has received much attention from Mong Cai city in the past. Now, implementing the 2-level local government model, Vinh Thuc commune (newly established on the basis of merging the entire natural area and population of the two former Vinh Trung and Vinh Thuc communes) has urgently continued the results of the project, implementing and completing the necessary tasks to grant land use right certificates to households in the commune .

Leaders of Vinh Thuc commune awarded 95 forestry land use right certificates to 79 households and individuals in the commune.

According to the project, the total number of applications for forest land use right certificates in Vinh Thuc commune is from 79 households, with 95 forest land plots. Up to now, the number of applications that have been resolved is 79/79 households with 95/95 land plots that have been granted land use right certificates.

At the ceremony, comrade Tran Ngoc Trung, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Vinh Thuc commune, presented all 95 forestry land use right certificates to 79 households and individuals, and at the same time, propagated and requested people to manage and use land for the right purpose, focus on investment, effective production, increase household economic value, contribute to promoting socio-economic development and maintaining local security and order. This is also the first effective work in implementing a two-level government, helping to carry out local tasks closer to the people, increasing initiative in performing tasks serving the people.
