Identify the suspect

On the morning of August 20, Mr. Le Hai - Chairman of the People's Committee of Trieu Ai Commune (Trieu Phong District, Quang Tri Province) confirmed the information that the girl Tr.A. (8 years old; daughter of Mr. Tran QH; residing in Ha Xa Village, Trieu Ai Commune) was kidnapped by a strange man on the night of August 19. The identity of the kidnapping suspect was identified as Bui H. (63 years old, residing in Trieu Giang Commune, Trieu Phong District).

After about 30 minutes of pursuit, the people and police caught suspect Bui H. (marked and face blurred) and successfully rescued the girl.

According to the Chairman of the People's Committee of Trieu Ai Commune, after about 30 minutes of pursuit, the local people and the police force successfully rescued the child and captured the suspect. The child was handed over to his family and is currently in stable health.

The case is being further investigated by Trieu Phong District Police and Cam Loc District Police in coordination with relevant authorities.

Previously, as VTC News reported, at around 8:00 p.m. on August 19, baby Tr.A. was taken by relatives to play on the sidewalk of National Highway 1A in front of the gate of Ha Xa village.

While the family was not paying attention, the suspect approached on a motorbike and forced Tr. A. onto the motorbike. The suspect then drove Tr. A. along National Highway 1A to Dong Ha, then onto National Highway 9 in the direction of Dong Ha City - Lao Bao Town.

After discovering the incident, the child's relatives quickly chased and reported to the police to coordinate the arrest. About 30 minutes later, the suspect was arrested by the people and the police while driving a motorbike carrying the child to the Cam Hieu gas station (Cam Lo district, Quang Tri province).
