In 2024, Hai Duong Electricity One Member Co., Ltd. will build 5 transformer stations in Gia Loc district, including: Truc Lam 2 (Hoang Dieu commune), capacity of 400 kVA; Dong hamlet (Toan Thang commune), capacity of 560 kVA; Phuc Tan 3, capacity of 320 kVA, Lang Xuyen 2 (both in Gia Tan commune), capacity of 250 kVA and Ba Thuy transformer station (Yet Kieu commune), capacity of 180 kVA. In addition to building transformer stations, it will also build a feeder line with a length of nearly 1 km for the above stations. The total land area for construction of the stations is about 500 m², with a cost of over 4.5 billion VND. Construction time is from March and is expected to be completed in August 2024.

The construction of transformer stations aims to prevent overload of the low-voltage grid in the communes of Hoang Dieu, Toan Thang, Yet Kieu, Gia Tan; reduce power loss, meet the socio -economic development needs of these communes in particular and Gia Loc district in general.
