Vietcombank Hai Duong cooperates with Hai Phong Tax Department 9 to communicate about invoices and documents

Vietcombank Hai Duong coordinated with the Tax Department of Hai Phong City to organize a workshop to communicate some new regulations of Decree 70 on invoices and documents to business households.

Representatives of the Professional - Budgeting - Legal Group of Tax Base 9 of Hai Phong City clarified many new points in Decree 70 on invoices and documents.

The workshop was held on the morning of July 12 at Vietcombank Hai Duong headquarters, with the participation of representatives of KiotViet Technology Joint Stock Company and nearly 200 businesses and business households in many fields and industries in the western area of ​​Hai Phong.

At the workshop, representatives of the Tax Department of Hai Phong City disseminated and clarified new points in Decree 70/2025/ND-CP of the Government (amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree 123/2020/ND-CP regulating invoices and documents; effective from June 1, 2025) such as applicable subjects, content on electronic invoices from cash registers; principles of creating, managing, and using invoices and documents; registering to use, stopping the use of electronic invoices; processing electronic documents.

The workshop was attended by nearly 200 businesses and business households in the western area of ​​Hai Phong.

Enterprises and business households attending also heard policy analysis related to business households and enterprises.

Some notable main contents are that from January 1, 2026, the tax lump sum method will not be applied to business households and individuals with annual revenue of VND 200 million or less, which is not subject to tax; business license fees will be abolished. Corporate income tax will be exempted for small and medium enterprises for 3 years from the date of being granted the first business registration certificate; support for access to land, production and business premises, house rental, land that is public property, etc.

In particular, to help encourage business households to convert into enterprises, Vietcombank Hai Duong is implementing a preferential loan interest rate package: short-term loans have interest rates from 4.6%/year, fixed during the debt receiving period; medium and long-term loans have interest rates from 6.3%/year.

From June 1, 2025, Decree No. 70/2025/ND-CP of the Government officially took effect, stipulating that business households with revenue of over 1 billion VND must apply electronic invoices generated from cash registers, connecting data with tax authorities. This is a decision marking an important step in the management of invoices and documents for individual business households.
