Taking place from October 25 to November 3, 2025, at the National Exhibition and Fair Center (Dong Anh, Hanoi ), the 1st Autumn Fair - 2025 has ended with record numbers.

The fair was assigned by the Prime Minister to the Ministry of Industry and Trade to chair, coordinate with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Hanoi People's Committee and other ministries, branches and localities to organize. With the theme and message "Connecting people with production and business", the first Autumn Fair in 2025 was organized on the largest scale ever. The total exhibition area is more than 130,000 m2, with about 3,000 booths from 34 provinces, cities, central ministries and branches; over 2,500 Vietnamese and international organizations and enterprises. The fair attracted a large number of international partners and friends to display products, trade, connect, seek cooperation and investment opportunities.

At the fair, ministries, branches, agencies, units and localities actively and proactively promote and introduce typical and unique products, especially OCOP products; organize investment, tourism and trade promotion programs, bring Vietnamese brands to the world market...

According to the Organizing Committee, on average, there are about 100,000 visitors per day, a total of nearly 1 million people during the fair, an unprecedented number in the history of trade promotion events in Vietnam. Not only crowded, the 2025 Autumn Fair is also a place to reap "golden opportunities" for the economy and trade.

According to statistics from the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the average revenue reached 300 million VND/standard booth, the total direct revenue reached nearly 1,000 billion VND, of which the local booth area reached 50 billion VND. These impressive numbers are clear evidence of the new vitality of Vietnamese products in the hearts of consumers.

Another impressive figure in this Autumn Fair is the total value of transactions, contracts and memorandums of understanding (MOUs) reaching nearly 5,000 billion VND, with the local booth area alone accounting for nearly 500 billion VND. These figures show that the fair is not only a place to promote products, but also a "real trading floor", helping businesses find partners, expand supply chains and develop export markets.

Within the framework of the fair, the Organizing Committee held dozens of conferences, seminars, thematic forums, and selected 30 typical booths. International trade programs with businesses from Japan, Korea, China, Singapore, New Zealand and the European Union created a vibrant dialogue picture of regional scope.

More than 100 cooperation agreements and memorandums of understanding have been signed, an impressive number showing the attractiveness of Vietnam's business environment in the eyes of international partners. These activities also clearly demonstrate the orientation of shifting from simple trade promotion to comprehensive trade promotion, linking trade - investment - innovation and digital transformation. The Autumn Fair 2025 is therefore not only a "shopping festival", but also an economic bridge connecting Vietnam with the world, affirming the organizational capacity, strategic vision and endogenous strength of Vietnamese enterprises.

With "6 best": Largest scale; Most modern space; Most diverse products; Highest quality; Most attractive activities; Best incentive policies, thousands of booths of localities, organizations, domestic and foreign enterprises at the fair have created favorable opportunities for trade promotion, investment, tourism and promotion of culture, image of the country and people of Vietnam to be combined smoothly and effectively. This is where domestic and foreign resources are connected - investment cooperation is expanded - trade is promoted - consumption is unblocked; it is a place to experience shopping for high-quality Vietnamese goods, enjoy the rich, creative and unique cuisine, culture and art of Vietnam.

The fair is also an important bridge for Vietnamese enterprises to strengthen international economic integration, exchange experiences and receive technology transfer, especially in digital transformation, green economy, circular economy, sharing economy, knowledge economy, contributing to realizing two 100-year strategic goals - for a peaceful, prosperous, prosperous, civilized and happy Vietnam.

If the commercial area is the “backbone” of the fair, the cultural, artistic, culinary and creative space is the “heart” of the event. In particular, the Cultural Industry - Quintessence of Vietnamese Culture zone stands out, where the country’s creative symbols converge, from cinema, music, fine arts to traditional crafts.

In the vast space of the National Exhibition Center, the cinema section has become a “soft highlight” attracting thousands of visitors every day. Here, the public can enjoy the seventh art and live in a creative space rich in Vietnamese identity. Exchange programs with artists, directors and film crews of “Red Rain”, “Fighting in the Sky”, “The Smell of Pho” have brought Vietnamese cinema closer to the public.

Performing arts is also one of the public’s favorite attractions at the fair. Visitors are impressed by the display area imbued with traditional culture of the Vietnam Puppetry Theatre; visitors are also extremely excited by the display area of traditional theatrical arts such as tuong, cheo, cai luong…

In addition to the exhibition area, introducing performing arts, during the fair, theaters under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism continuously organize art performances at the central exhibition stage. Programs from music and dance, to traditional arts such as: Tuong, Cheo, Cai Luong, circus performances, puppetry... not only contribute to promoting and introducing Vietnamese culture and arts, but also bring visitors relaxing moments when visiting this national-scale fair.

One of the attractions that makes the 2025 Autumn Fair always crowded and bustling is the regional culinary area. This place gathers hundreds of specialties from North to South, from Hanoi pho, Hue beef noodle soup, Thanh Hoa sour sausage, Buon Ma Thuot coffee to Soc Trang pia cake, Western linh fish sauce... Each booth is an "ambassador" introducing Vietnamese culture through the flavors of culinary dishes with characteristics of each region, attracting domestic and foreign tourists to experience and enjoy. All have created a colorful space of "Vietnam's culinary map" in the heart of the fair.

A special artistic highlight at the 2025 Autumn Fair is the setting of a Vietnamese Record for the National Exhibition Fair Center model, created from 410 kg of sticky rice and 100 kg of beans. The value of the model lies not only in the sophistication of its creation, but also in its profound message of pride in Vietnamese agricultural products, honoring traditional manual labor and affirming the position of Vietnamese culture and cuisine in the international arena.

In addition to its grand scale and rich content, the 2025 Autumn Fair was also a resounding success thanks to its modern communication strategy. According to the Ministry of Industry and Trade, tens of thousands of news, articles, and videos were posted on newspapers, television, and social networks; total online views exceeded 100 million, with livestream sessions attracting from 2,000 to 20,000 views/session.

An emotional highlight at the 2025 Autumn Fair was the fundraising program to support the people of the Central and Northern mountainous regions affected by storms and floods, launched by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh at the Opening Ceremony with the message: "Autumn of Hope - Sharing Love". After more than a week, the program has raised more than 2 billion VND, and this number is expected to continue to increase in the Closing Ceremony, taking place tonight (November 3). This is not only a charity activity, but also demonstrates the social responsibility of the Vietnamese business community in the new development period.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade also proposed that the Prime Minister not set off fireworks or organize art performances during the Closing Ceremony, as a way to express the spirit of sharing with people in disaster-hit areas, while preserving the humanistic meaning of the "season of love and affection".

Overall assessment from the Organizing Committee, the 1st Autumn Fair - 2025 has achieved comprehensive results, far exceeding the set goals, affirming its position as a national trade - investment - cultural promotion event. The event has a wide influence in society, positively contributing to the goal of developing the domestic market, improving the competitiveness of Vietnamese enterprises and promoting the Vietnamese national brand in the international arena.

The 2025 Autumn Fair ended, leaving behind the echoes of a memorable “golden season” - a season of creativity, connection and sharing. The success of the first Autumn Fair opened a new door of hope, as the Fair Organizing Committee had directed, which was to build the Autumn Fair into an annual event, to promote Vietnamese goods, boost investment, trade and spread Vietnamese cultural values to the world.
