Organizing the Japanese Film Festival Online Program - JFF Theater 2025

On November 3, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism issued Decision No. 4201/QD - BVHTTDL on organizing the online Japanese Film Festival Program - JFF Theater 2025.

Pursuant to Circular No. 17/2022/TT-BVHTTDL dated December 27, 2022 of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism stipulating document templates in cinema activities; Considering the proposal of the Director of the Japan Foundation Center for Cultural Exchange in Vietnam in the Application dated October 16, 2025; At the request of the Director of the Department of Cinema;... The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has issued a Decision to organize the online Japanese Film Festival Program - JFF Theater 2025

Accordingly, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism allows the Japan Foundation Center for Cultural Exchange in Vietnam to organize the online Japanese Film Festival - JFF Theater 2025.

The Japanese Film Festival Online - JFF Theater 2025 is scheduled to take place from November 31, 2025 - February 3, 2026, organized online throughout Vietnam.

Films scheduled to be screened at the Festival include: My love story; HandballStrive; No longer Heroine; Teiichi – Battle of superme high; Megane glasses; Restaurant from the sky; Bento harassment.

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism requires that films are only allowed to be shown within the framework of the program when they have a Film Classification License. The Chief of the Ministry's Office, Director of the Department of Cinema, Director of the Department of International Cooperation, Director of the Japan Foundation Center for Cultural Exchange in Vietnam and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
