Total budget revenue reached 12,630 billion VND, an average increase of 12.06% per year; urban infrastructure has been renovated, the urbanization rate has reached 25.5%. There has been much progress in the cultural and social fields; social security has been ensured, poverty reduction has achieved clear results, and the material and spiritual life of the people has been improved and enhanced: The quality of universal education at all levels continues to be maintained; education in disadvantaged areas and ethnic minority areas has received attention; The quality of medical examination and treatment has been improved through the application of new techniques, treatment routes, and technology transfer between levels; nearly 20,000 poor and near-poor households have received housing support from the Program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses; more than 98% of the population has health insurance, 88,000 people have benefited from social assistance policies; 95% of rural people have access to clean water. Besides the achieved results, the government's mass mobilization work still has limitations that need to be overcome: in some places, the coordination between Party committees, authorities, the Fatherland Front and mass organizations is not close; the PAPI, SIPAS, and PCI indexes have improved but are not high; the mass mobilization skills of a number of officials are still limited...
In the coming time, to continue improving the quality and effectiveness of government mass mobilization work, the whole province needs to focus on implementing the following key tasks and solutions:
Firstly, strengthen the leadership and direction of Party committees and authorities at all levels in the work of mass mobilization of the government, in order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of state management and mass mobilization work. Continue to promote propaganda and education to raise awareness, responsibility and public ethics of cadres, civil servants and public employees on mass mobilization work associated with studying and following the ideology, morality and style of Ho Chi Minh.
