Build special policies to attract 100 leading experts to return home

(QNgTV) - Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh proposed perfecting the mechanism to attract at least 100 domestic and international experts to work in August, with special treatment.

Accordingly, this policy aims to attract leading experts, chief engineers, and chief architects to implement strategic systems and breakthrough initiatives. The dual goal is to ensure the smooth operation of the political system and promote economic growth to reach 8.3-8.5% this year.

The Prime Minister assigned the Ministry of Home Affairs the key task of developing and perfecting these incentive mechanisms and policies. Each ministry, sector, and locality must select two chief engineers - one in charge of information technology, one in charge of professional expertise - to coordinate with the Ministry of Public Security , the Ministry of Science and Technology, and technology enterprises to develop the unit's own digital transformation architecture and strategy.
