Building a transparent ecosystem of pharmaceuticals and health foods for the community

On the occasion of reaching 2,222 pharmacies nationwide, a meaningful milestone in the development journey, Long Chau initiated and officially signed the "Transparency Alliance".

The event received the attention and support of many prestigious domestic and international enterprises: VE Pharma Vietnam, distributor of Vitabiotics (UK), Nature's Way, Brauer (Australia), Nutrimax (Indonesia), Fixderma (USA), Hiroki, Transino (Japan), KAMIZOL, Tue Linh, Thai Minh, Nutrinest, Livespo, Cospharm, Picare, Thien Minh, Davimin - Vitamins For Life (USA), Tri Khang distributing products from Italy, Gold Pharma - Omexxel (USA), Vinh Phuc medical equipment, DiZiGone (Vietnam).

The joint efforts and consensus of businesses not only show positive changes in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, but also mark a significant step forward in efforts to form product standards, raise quality standards, traceability and independent testing.

At the same time, Long Chau and its partners wish to create a transparent business environment where people can confidently access genuine health care products of clear origin and quality assurance.

Through promoting common commitments, the units aim for a healthcare platform where people have access to reliable, standardized and equitable healthcare services, thereby contributing to improving the quality of community healthcare, developing for a healthier Vietnam.

Previously, Long Chau pharmacy system and the Institute of Advanced Technology under the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology signed a cooperation agreement to promote research and application of advanced pharmaceutical technology to develop health care products.

Continuing this effort, the pharmacy chain continues to proactively pioneer strategic cooperation with the National Institute for Food Safety and Hygiene Control (Ministry of Health) - the highest-level testing unit of the health sector to "double-check", ensuring the quality and safety of functional food products and fortified foods throughout the system.

With a foundation of 2,222 pharmacies across the country, more than 18,000 professional pharmacists and the trust of 28 million customers and families - equivalent to 1/3 of Vietnam's population, Long Chau is increasingly affirming its pioneering role in community health care. In that journey, Long Chau and its partners are committed to accompanying and working together for a healthier Vietnam.

Since April 2025, Long Chau has also launched the campaign "Transparent Origin - For a Healthy Vietnam", not only providing transparent information on invoices but also allowing people to look up product information and related documents right at the pharmacy, on the website and application. This helps customers feel more secure when choosing and using health care products.

The connection between businesses, manufacturers and leading inspection agencies is expected to lay the foundation for a sustainable public healthcare ecosystem where people's interests are protected by clear and consistent standards.
