The YU7 GT is the top-of-the-line version of the Xiaomi YU7 all-electric SUV. This EV model shares some exterior design details with the high-performance SU7 Ultra sedan. |
Compared to the standard version, the YU7 GT has a significantly more aggressive appearance. It features widened wheel arches, a redesigned front end with a black-painted grille and separate air intakes. A special logo made from carbon fiber and 24K gold sits atop the hood.
The car uses 21 or 22-inch wheels and comes with an upgraded braking system. The rear has also been aerodynamically refined with a large diffuser and a small spoiler. Overall, the design reminds many people of the Ferrari Purosangue supercar.

Xiaomi has equipped the YU7 GT with two electric motors, delivering a maximum power output of 1,004 horsepower. This figure is even higher than that of the Bugatti Veyron hypercar. |
The most noteworthy aspect lies in the powertrain. Xiaomi equips the YU7 GT with a 392-horsepower electric motor at the front axle and a 612-horsepower electric motor at the rear axle, delivering a combined output of 1,004 horsepower. While still far short of the 1,548 horsepower of the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra, this figure surpasses many other high-performance all-electric SUVs, including the Porsche Macan Turbo Electric with its 639 horsepower.
The Chinese automaker claims the Xiaomi YU7 GT can reach a top speed of 300 km/h, while its 0-100 km/h acceleration time is predicted to be just over 2 seconds. The car was also developed at the Nürburgring racetrack, clearly indicating its high-performance focus.
