Honda Vario 160 Repsol Limited 2025 scooter launched in Vietnam

Honda Vario 160 Repsol Limited Edition has been launched in Vietnam through a private importer with a special set of decals inspired by the Repsol Honda racing team.

Cub House – Cub Shop motorbike importer in Ho Chi Minh City has just imported a batch of Honda Vario 160 Repsol Limited Edition from Malaysia to Vietnam. Meanwhile, Vario 160 is currently being officially distributed by Honda Vietnam as an import from Indonesia, but does not include this special Repsol version.

Honda Vario 160 Repsol is a product of the Honda joint venture in Malaysia, limited to 2,000 units. This is a special version inspired by the Repsol Honda racing team - a name associated with the prestigious MotoGP race.

The highlight of the vehicle is the three-tone orange - white - red decal set, recreating the typical colors of Repsol superbike models. In addition to the outstanding decal set, the Honda Vario 160 Repsol retains the same equipment configuration as the standard version.

Notably, out of 2,000 Honda Vario 160 Repsol vehicles manufactured, only 20 were brought to Vietnam. This makes the Honda Vario 160 Repsol Limited Edition, which is already different in appearance, even more unique and not for the majority.

This version still has the same length, width, and height measurements of 1,929 x 695 x 1,088 (mm), saddle height of 778 mm, and vehicle weight of 117 kg with a 5.5 liter fuel tank.

The car has a full LED lighting system, digital speedometer, smart key, convenient USB charging port in the front storage compartment and 18-liter main trunk.

Driving amenities on the Vario 160 include a Smart Key system with keyless start, a USB charging port for mobile devices in the front storage compartment, and an LCD information display.

The car is equipped with multi-spoke alloy wheels painted in striking orange, red rear handles and a sporty color-coordinated fairing that makes the car easily recognizable on the road.

Compared to the Vario 160 version currently being officially distributed by Honda Vietnam (imported from Indonesia), the Repsol version creates a clear difference in appearance but still retains the same frame design and technical specifications.

Honda Vario 160 Repsol has a single-cylinder, 4-valve, liquid-cooled engine, 157cc capacity; produces 15.3 horsepower at 8,500 rpm, maximum torque of 13.8 Nm at 7,000 rpm.

The car uses a CVT gearbox and is equipped with disc brakes on both wheels, with the front wheels equipped with an ABS anti-lock braking system.

Possessing a sporty style along with a limited quantity of only 20 units makes the Honda Vario 160 Repsol Limited Edition a "rare" model when entering the Vietnamese market. The selling price of this version has not been announced yet.
