Consider shortening the term of the 15th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 term

Along with reviewing draft laws, on the afternoon of May 12, the National Assembly will discuss in groups about shortening the term of the 15th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 term.

According to the Program, the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly on the morning of May 12, the National Assembly held a plenary session in the hall to present the Submission and Report on the examination of the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Election of National Assembly Deputies and People's Council Deputies; Submission on shortening the term of the 15th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 term.

Along with that, the National Assembly will listen to the Report on the national election day for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term; Report and Report on the examination of the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Civil Procedure Code, the Law on Administrative Procedure, the Law on Juvenile Justice, the Bankruptcy Law and the Law on Mediation and Dialogue at Court; Report on explanation, acceptance and revision of the draft Law on Corporate Income Tax.

Afterwards, the National Assembly discussed in the hall a number of contents with different opinions of the draft Law on Corporate Income Tax (amended).

On the afternoon of May 12, the National Assembly discussed in groups the draft Law on Personal Data Protection; the draft Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Civil Procedure Code, the Administrative Procedure Law, the Juvenile Justice Law, the Bankruptcy Law and the Law on Mediation and Dialogue at Court.

In addition, the National Assembly will discuss in groups the Draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Election of National Assembly Deputies and People's Council Deputies; Shortening the term of the 15th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 term./.
