Strictly handle acts of taking advantage of natural disasters to increase prices

On September 13, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance Ho Duc Phoc signed an official dispatch to agencies, departments, People's Committees of centrally-run provinces and cities, and units and organizations under the Ministry of Finance, requesting to promote and strengthen price management and operation measures after storm No. 3.
