Dealing with a group of teenagers who were weaving in and out of traffic while livestreaming on TikTok

At around 8:00 p.m. on May 19, a group of 8 young people on 4 motorbikes without rearview mirrors or helmets drove at high speed, swerved, swerved, and wheelied on several roads in Ninh Binh city and recorded a livestream video and broadcast it directly on the TikTok app, causing public outrage.

Initially, Ninh Binh City Police identified and summoned 5 teenagers (including 4 males, 1 female) , all born between 2002 and 2008, related to the above violations.

At the police station, the subjects all admitted to their violations. The case is being further verified for handling according to the provisions of the law.
