The event aimed to recognize and honor the contributions of the business community and entrepreneurs to the socio -economic development of the province. The delegates reviewed the tradition of Vietnam Entrepreneurs' Day, and at the same time, highlighted the viewpoint of the Party and State to continue affirming that the private economy is an important driving force in socio-economic development and that the business community and entrepreneurs have an important position and role, making great contributions to the development of the country.
Ninh Binh Provincial Party Secretary Dang Xuan Phong acknowledged, commended, congratulated and thanked the important contributions of the business community, entrepreneurs and the Provincial Business Association to the province's development in recent years.
The socio-economic development results in the first 9 months of the year such as: Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) in the first 9 months of 2025 increased by 10.45% over the same period, ranking 3rd out of 34 provinces and cities nationwide; Industrial Production Index (IIP) 9 increased by 22.03% over the same period; GRDP of the service sector increased by 9.82%. Total budget revenue reached 49,121 billion VND, reaching 65.3% of the estimate, up 70.9% over the same period; disbursement of public investment capital reached about 26,137 billion VND, reaching 91.3% of the plan assigned by the Prime Minister ... all had great contributions from businesses and entrepreneurs in the area.
The Secretary of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee emphasized that the province is making efforts to effectively implement the policy of thoroughly and substantially transforming the working style from "management" to "service" with the motto "Taking enterprises as the center, aiming at enterprises" to realize the goal of making Ninh Binh break through and meet the practical development requirements of the business community. Sectors and levels promote administrative procedure reform, speed up the implementation of administrative procedures in a responsible manner towards the business community. In addition, it is necessary to create new development space, especially promoting sea reclamation to create new space, forming economic zones, deep-water ports; exploiting space in the air, underground, promoting cultural space, natural landscapes, people... and especially pioneering creative digital transformation to create breakthroughs in socio-economic development, improving people's lives.
For the Provincial Business Association, it is necessary to promote the role of a bridge between enterprises and State agencies, innovate content and methods to improve operational efficiency; find solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles for enterprises in production and business activities. The business community needs to unite, make efforts, and cooperate closely to produce and do business effectively, develop strongly, and make important contributions to building a rich and civilized Ninh Binh province.
At the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thanh, Chairman of Ninh Binh Province Business Association, Chairman of Xuan Thanh Economic Group said that despite facing many difficulties and challenges, the business community of Ninh Binh province still steadfastly overcame, stabilized production, created jobs for workers; contributed thousands of billions of VND to the State budget. The business community also demonstrated social responsibility, humanitarian spirit and bravery in production and business activities.
The Association will proactively follow the direction of the Central and the province, especially the spirit of Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW of the Politburo on developing the private economy into an important driving force of the socialist-oriented market economy. The Association will promote its role as a bridge between enterprises and the government, promptly grasp the situation, reflect the aspirations of enterprises, advise and propose policies to remove difficulties, promote trade promotion, innovate technology, and create a favorable environment for enterprises to develop sustainably.
