Introducing the locality in general, Ninh Binh Provincial Party Secretary Dang Xuan Phong said that in the period of 2025 - 2030, Ninh Binh will focus on maximizing its potential and advantages to promote breakthrough growth according to a new development model.
Korea is one of the important investment partners in Ninh Binh with 218 investment projects, total investment capital of 2.69 billion USD, accounting for 18.76% of total FDI capital in the province.
Regarding foreign relations, in recent times, Ninh Binh has established bilateral cooperation relations with a number of Korean localities such as Asan city, Gyeonggi province, Jecheon city, Dongducheon city. This is an important foundation to enhance exchanges, delegation exchanges, and cooperation in many fields between Ninh Binh province and Korean localities.
Ninh Binh Provincial Party Secretary Dang Xuan Phong also said that the training program on high-tech agricultural development is one of the typical cooperation activities between Asan City and Ninh Binh Province. The program has helped the management staff of the industry, localities, enterprises and farmers of Ninh Binh improve their awareness, management capacity and production skills, thereby improving management efficiency, accumulating practical experience and promoting the development of the province's agricultural economy.

On the same afternoon, Chairman of the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea Woo Won Shik and the high-ranking delegation of the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea visited Trang An eco-tourism site, experienced and admired the natural beauty of caves, valleys and the historic Sao Khe River, along with the majestic mountain system; and contemplated interesting stories about Trang An, a land bearing the traces of prehistoric life from thousands of years ago, which has been proven by domestic and international scientists to have outstanding global value in terms of culture, geology and geomorphology.
