General Phan Van Giang visits and gives gifts to people in flooded areas of Gia Lai

On November 22, General Phan Van Giang, Deputy Secretary of the Central Military Commission and Minister of National Defense, visited and presented gifts to people in flood-hit areas in Tuy Phuoc and Tuy Phuoc Dong communes, Gia Lai province.

General Phan Van Giang kindly encouraged and deeply sympathized with the people in the flood-affected areas, hoping that they would soon overcome difficulties and have confidence in the leadership of the Party, State and local authorities.

The General affirmed: The army will always stand side by side with the local government and people, accompanying the people until their lives are truly stable again./.
