People after many days of isolation rowed boats to find food.

Strong winds blow whirlpools on the water, making travel extremely dangerous.

This morning, I had to use a boat to take my son to the other side of the river to buy some necessities. The strong wind made the boat sway, and at times I was very worried because if I was careless, it would capsize,” Mr. Nghia said.
At the scene, the water still covered the fields, the strong current swept away many floating objects. Some sections of the road leading to the residential area completely disappeared under the deep water. Residents said that although they were used to frequent flooding, this year the water rose quickly and subsided slowly, causing life to be turned upside down.
