On the morning of November 23, Division 372 (Air Defense - Air Force) continued to prepare and be ready to fly to provide relief to people seriously affected by floods in Gia Lai and Dak Lak provinces.
Immediately upon receiving the mission from the Air Defense - Air Force, Division 372 ordered Regiment 930 to prepare helicopters and rescue forces to be ready to fly to rescue people in the Central region provinces.

With the spirit of urgency, speed, and timeliness, at exactly 7:32 a.m. on November 23, the Mi-17 aircraft of Regiment 930 at Phu Cat airport took off, along with 2 tons of food and essential necessities including dry food, cakes, milk, drinking water, life jackets, etc. to support people in areas isolated by floods in Tuy An Dong, Tuy An Tay, and Long Thang Stadium of Dak Lak province.
It is expected that after completing the first flight, Regiment 930 will continue to prepare for the second flight to drop relief goods to help people in areas still isolated by floods in Hoa Xuan Ward, Dak Lak Province.
At 8:40, the helicopter finished dropping the cargo, returned to base to continue loading and made the second flight.
According to records, many areas of Gia Lai and Dak Lak provinces are still experiencing heavy rain, water levels are rising rapidly, many residential areas are isolated, directly affecting people's lives and properties.
