From the afternoon of November 22 to 30 at the Ho Chi Minh City Museum of Fine Arts, the exhibition Watercolor Portraits - Reflections Through Mirrors by artist Nguyen Thu Ha opens up a space for experiencing delicate and emotional art, where each painting is a silent yet vibrant dialogue.

Present at the opening ceremony on the afternoon of November 22, singer Pham Thu Ha was moved: "Today, I flew early at 4 am to attend this exhibition, because I understand that Ms. Ha does the exhibition with all her heart. She is the one who always inspires Pham Thu Ha to love her job, especially with semi-classical music. When I sang the song Chim thiêm, it was also the image of the bird that appeared in the painting Linh ca anh sang by artist Nguyen Thu Ha. Thank you for the wonderful inspiration to create such a beautiful painting."

The characters in Nguyen Thu Ha's paintings always have a spirit and seem to be telling a story.

Painter Nguyen Thu Ha graduated from the Hanoi University of Industrial Fine Arts (in 2002), but it was not until the end of 2021 that she truly "returned" to painting, opening a new chapter full of passion and courage. Before this exhibition, in July 2023, she and 19 Vietnamese painters participated in the exhibition Southern Wind - Vietnamese Fine Arts Today in Ulanbator (Mongolia); and in November 2024, she introduced a solo exhibition in Hanoi, marking an important milestone, affirming the strong return of an artist who lives life to the fullest with passion.

"Each of my exhibitions is like a sharing from my heart, an opportunity to look back on the path I have taken, consider the turns, the clarity in my mind, and the determination to commit. But above all, the exhibition is also a mirror, a test to identify inner values ​​and questions, and at the same time more clearly define the artistic path I want to continue on," artist Nguyen Thu Ha shared.

The 38 works presented to the public this time were carefully selected by her, including many new compositions arranged in a simple and concise spatial structure. Viewers will encounter the gentleness of Thien Thanh , the contemplation in Linh Ca Anh Luong or the innocent emotions of the paintings Hoa Cua Nui, Vi Cua Tinh Yeu ...
