Fined a dental facility 70 million VND

On October 25, the Inspectorate of the Department of Health of Ninh Thuan province announced that it had just issued a decision to administratively fine the ADOR Dental Service Trading Joint Stock Company Branch (referred to as the Branch) located on Ngo Gia Tu Street, Phan Rang-Thap Cham City, the amount of 70 million VND for organizing medical examination and treatment without a practice certificate.

Previously, on October 20, the Ninh Thuan Department of Health Inspection Team inspected the Branch's medical examination and treatment facility and discovered Ms. NL was pulling a tooth for a patient but she did not present a medical practice certificate.

At the time of inspection, this facility had 2 receptionists, a nurse and 2 assistants. The owner of the facility was not present at the time of inspection and did not present a medical practice certificate, so the Inspection Team requested that this facility stop operating.
