Specifically, recently, Phu Dong Group has officially launched apartments at the Phu Dong SkyOne project with prices ranging from only 1.4 - 2.2 billion VND/apartment located on the frontage of DT 743C road in Di An city, Binh Duong province, bordering Ho Chi Minh City.
Project in Binh Duong priced under 2 billion VND is under implementation
Phu Dong SkyOne has a scale of 5,615m2, a total construction investment of 1,100 billion VND, providing the market with 780 apartments with an area of 42m2 - 72m2, with an expected selling price of only 1.4 to 2.2 billion VND/apartment. Of which, 75% are apartments with prices from 1.4 to 1.8 billion VND/apartment.

Also in Binh Duong, bordering Ho Chi Minh City, Bcons Group has just announced a project on the frontage of Thong Nhat Avenue, extending National Highway 1K to National Highway 1A (Dong Hoa Ward, Di An City (Binh Duong). The project is located right on the frontage of Thong Nhat Street - the road connecting National Highway 1K and National Highway 1A. Each apartment in the project has an area of 50m2, 56m2, 58m2, 63m2, with a selling price of 1.9-2 billion VND/apartment.
Previously, in Long An, the joint venture Nam Long Apartment Development Company Limited (Nam Long ADC - part of Nam Long Group) and Japanese partner Nishi Nippon Railroad launched the sale of the affordable apartment project EHome Southgate phase 3 (in the 355ha Waterpoint urban area). The EHome Southgate project has an area of 4.5ha, including 7 apartment blocks developed in 3 phases. Of which, more than 700 products in phases 1 and 2 have been handed over. Phase 3 is being implemented, including 3 blocks A1, A2 and B1 with 580 apartments expected to be handed over in the second quarter of 2024.
EHome Southgate borders Ho Chi Minh City, moving along the Ho Chi Minh City - Trung Luong highway. Especially, targeting customers with an average income of 15 million VND/month, EHome Southgate has a price of only 1 billion VND/50m² apartment.

The latest report from Savill Vietnam shows that in the past 4 years, the average price of apartments in Binh Duong, which was around 30 million VND, has jumped to 40-48 million VND/m2. In which, Di An and Thuan An lead the price level.
