Promotion of tourism market in Kazakhstan and CIS countries

On May 14, within the framework of the Anex 2025 tourism promotion conference, Anex Vietnam Company coordinated with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to organize a conference to promote tourism in the markets of Kazakhstan and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).

According to the organizers, the event aims to create opportunities for units in Vietnam to introduce unique products and services to partners in Kazakhstan and CIS countries, thereby enhancing product recognition and optimizing sales efficiency for the 2025 tourist season and the following years. At the same time, the event promotes the growth of the number of international tourists to Vietnam. This is also an important preparation step for the reopening of charter flights from Russia to Da Nang in the summer of 2026, with an expected operating capacity of up to 13,000 passengers per month.

Speaking at the workshop, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Thi Hoai An said that Kazakhstan and the CIS countries are new and potential tourist markets that the city has been interested in investing and promoting in recent years. Currently, through direct flights connecting Da Nang with cities in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, it is expected that about 10,000 visitors will visit and travel to Da Nang every month. The Department is always ready to act as a bridge connecting and cooperating between domestic enterprises with the markets of Kazakhstan and the CIS countries.
