Speaking at the conference, Mr. Tran Huy Tuan - Chairman of Yen Bai Provincial People's Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of the Party Committee, government, and organizations in organizing and implementing ethnic work in recent years. At the same time, he commended and expressed his gratitude for the important and positive contributions of prestigious ethnic minority people to the socio-economic development of the province.

At the conference, 30 individuals with outstanding prestige were awarded certificates of merit by the Provincial People's Committee for their outstanding achievements as outstanding prestigious people among ethnic minorities in Yen Bai province, period 2018 - 2022. Along with that, the Military Telecommunications Industry Group, Viettel Yen Bai branch supported the registration of SIM information and packages for 870 prestigious people in Yen Bai province.
