The theme of this year’s International Yoga Day is “Yoga for One Earth, One Health”, highlighting the inseparable connection between human health and planetary health. In addition to its physical benefits, Yoga – through breathing and meditation techniques – helps to cultivate inner peace, promote balance and awareness, thereby guiding people towards a harmonious and sustainable lifestyle.
