A representative of Trang An Eco- tourism Area said that the Vietnamese Women Connecting All Directions group with 1,100 members set a record at Trang An scenic complex on the morning of April 19.

The record was set as "The program with the largest number of women wearing green ao dai and conical hats participating in a boat trip on the river, with a message praising peace and protecting heritage".

A representative of the Vietnamese Women Connecting All Over the World group said the program was organized to honor the beauty of the Vietnamese ao dai, praise peace as well as spread the message of protecting and promoting cultural heritage. This is also an activity to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the country's reunification on April 30.

Trang An tourist area has arranged nearly 300 boats to transport female guests to participate in the program. On each boat, the organizers prepare the national flag for the members to carry on the journey of more than 5 km on the Sao Khe River winding around Trang An tourist area.
