10 Dak Lak enterprises participate in the International Fermented Food Exhibition in 2023

The Department of Industry and Trade said that at the International Fermented Food Exhibition 2023 (IFFE 2023), Dak Lak province has 10 enterprises participating in displaying and introducing products.

Dak Lak enterprises introduced to distributors in Jeollabuk province (Korea) about the production and product supply capacity of the unit at the fair.

The fair has 5 main activities, including: Exhibition of local food technology; Introduction of new food technology and resources in the world; Introduction of investment funds for the agricultural and food industry; Exhibition of the capacity of the fermented food industry; Activities to help businesses connect with businesses (B2B) and help businesses reach consumers (B2C).

There are also some sideline activities, such as: indigenous cultural performances, 4.0 agriculture experiences...

Korean customers visit the booth displaying and introducing cocoa and chocolate products of Nam Truong Son Cocoa Company Limited.

It is known that this is the fourth time Dak Lak enterprises have attended the International Fermented Food Exhibition in Jeonju City. Through that, many enterprises of the province have succeeded in exporting products to the Korean market.
