10 Dak Lak enterprises participate in the International Fermented Food Exhibition in 2023

The Department of Industry and Trade said that at the 2023 International Fermented Food Exhibition (IFFE 2023), Dak Lak province has 10 enterprises participating in displaying and introducing products.

The fair has 5 main activities, including: Exhibition of local food technology; Introduction of new food technology and resources in the world; Introduction of investment funds for the agricultural and food industry; Exhibition of the capacity of the fermented food industry; Activities to help businesses connect with businesses (B2B) and help businesses reach consumers (B2C).

There are also some sideline activities, such as: indigenous cultural performances, 4.0 agriculture experiences...
