In the period of 2021-2025, the Department of Agriculture and Environment has launched and effectively implemented many patriotic emulation movements with rich and practical content and forms. The emulation movements are closely linked with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; performing socio -economic development tasks, ensuring social security. Thereby, creating a vibrant emulation atmosphere, promoting the sense of responsibility of civil servants, public employees and workers in the whole industry.

Many key emulation movements have achieved outstanding results, with wide influence, typically: The movement "The whole country joins hands to build new rural areas", the whole province has 26/88 communes meeting new rural standards (reaching a rate of 29.55%), of which 4 communes meet advanced new rural standards. The program "One Commune One Product" (OCOP) has developed strongly with 764 products recognized as OCOP from 3 to 5 stars.

Movement "For the poor - No one left behind": In the 2021-2024 period, the program has allocated 1,506.8 billion VND to invest in 90 infrastructure projects, build 803 livelihood models for 9,780 poor and near-poor households...

Many important databases on land, forestry, and key industries have been built and completed. Level 3 and 4 online public services have been widely deployed, contributing to the building of a modern and transparent administration.

Promoting the achieved results, in the period of 2026 - 2030, the Dak Lak Department of Agriculture and Environment continues to promote patriotic emulation movements, focusing on the movements "Digital Education for the People", "500 days and nights of emulation to complete 3,000 km of highways" ..., striving to excellently complete the targets and tasks of the industry, contributing to the overall socio-economic development of the province.

On this occasion, the Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment awarded Certificates of Merit to 12 collectives and 38 individuals who are typical advanced models of the industry in the period 2020 - 2025.
