On the morning of October 17, the Party Committee of the Provincial Party agencies held a conference to study, disseminate and implement the Resolution of the 1st Congress of Delegates of the Provincial Party Agencies, term 2025 - 2030. Comrade Le Thi Kim Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies chaired the conference.

The Resolution includes 8 main targets and 3 key tasks. In particular, focusing on 2 breakthroughs: Promoting digital transformation associated with administrative procedure reform in the Party; effectively implementing the application of information technology in leadership, direction and implementation of tasks in the entire Party. Building a team of cadres and party members, especially key cadres with sufficient qualities, capacity, innovative thinking, courage and prestige to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation.

In her closing speech at the conference, Comrade Le Thi Kim Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, emphasized that the contents of the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress and the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee are very important and comprehensive. In particular, the key tasks and breakthroughs stand out. She requested that the branches and Party Committees, especially the leaders, must grasp and closely follow the contents of the directives, resolutions, conclusions and plans of the Central and the province; thereby, build a plan to disseminate, thoroughly understand, study and implement the Resolution in conjunction with the political tasks of each agency and unit.

He requested that Party cells and committees continue to promote digital transformation and administrative procedure reform within the Party; build a contingent of cadres, especially key cadres with sufficient capacity, ethics, and exemplary performance in all assigned tasks.
