Tan Trao special national relic site has an extremely great historical significance, considered the "Capital of the Liberated Zone", "Capital of Resistance" of the Vietnamese revolution in the pre-uprising period and the early days of gaining independence and resistance against French colonialism.

During the working program, Standing Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Do Van Chien worked with provincial leaders on the socio-economic situation of Tuyen Quang in 2025 and inspected the progress of the project to preserve and restore the National Assembly Standing Committee relic site and surveyed the project to upgrade the revolutionary road from Tan Trao commune to the old Trung Yen commune (now Tan Trao commune).

According to the province's report, in 2025, the province's economy will continue to develop steadily with 19/25 targets estimated to reach and exceed the plan, 6 main targets and 2 component targets nearly reaching the plan. The forecast growth rate of the total product in the province GRDP is 8.01%, reaching the target assigned by the Government; the economic scale is expanded, the economic structure has changed positively; the average GRDP per capita is estimated at 54.32 million VND/person/year.

Regarding the Project to Improve and Upgrade the Revolutionary Road from Tan Trao Commune to Trung Yen Commune (now Tan Trao Commune), the road is more than 9 km long, starting at the intersection of Lan Na Nua area to Lung Tau, ending at Km9+243 - the head of Trung Yen bridge, in Tan Trao Commune. The project is implementing investment procedures.

The project to preserve and embellish the National Assembly Standing Committee relic site has a total investment of over 75 billion VND with 12 investment items. Currently, the project has completed 7 items, the remaining 5 items have completed 80-90% of the construction volume, and is expected to complete all items before December 19. Both projects were selected by the province to start construction and inaugurate on December 19 to welcome the 14th National Congress of the Party and celebrate the 80th anniversary of the first General Election of the National Assembly (January 6, 1945 - January 6, 2025).

Regarding projects that are about to be inaugurated and started to celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Party and the 80th anniversary of the first General Election of the National Assembly, the Standing Vice Chairman of the National Assembly requested that the Project to Preserve and Restore the Provincial National Assembly Standing Committee Relic Site must direct the investor and construction unit to ensure the basic completion of the items for inauguration on December 19.

Regarding the Tan Trao – Trung Yen revolutionary road, the Standing Vice Chairman of the National Assembly said that there are enough procedural conditions to be able to break ground on the road. He requested that with the current allocated capital, the province study and calculate the appropriate investment scale.

The Standing Vice Chairman of the National Assembly emphasized that this is a revolutionary route, so it is necessary to arrange columns decorated with banners and propaganda slogans on the occasion of holidays and New Year; at the intersections, there are highlights to identify this as a revolutionary route; ensure technical requirements, aesthetics, progress, quality and efficiency; strive to organize technical traffic opening on the occasion of the first session of the 16th National Assembly.
