Based on the mission of breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation, Hai Duong announced a list of 11 major problems for information technology enterprises to research and participate in supporting solutions. (Photo: Hai Duong Newspaper)
This is the first time Hai Duong has announced the list of major problems mentioned above according to the Government's Resolution on promulgating the Action Program to implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation.
11 major problems in science, technology, innovation and digital transformation by 2025 include:
1. The problem of developing a virtual assistant to support civil servants in resolving policies for people with revolutionary contributions.
2. The problem of intelligence, automation, application of science, technology, innovation and digital transformation to increase the value of agricultural products in the fields of cultivation; livestock; food processing, thereby generalizing into a digital cooperative model in the fields of cultivation, livestock and food processing.
3. The problem of effectively connecting sellers and buyers, helping cooperatives to start a business store with minimal investment (even 0 VND) and to be able to sell products nationwide and globally, thereby generalizing into a digital cooperative model in the non-agricultural sector.
4. The problem of applying artificial intelligence (AI) to the Cooperative Alliance and its member cooperatives.
5. The problem of data management and evaluation of the collective economic sector's contribution to the province's socio-economic development in the digital environment.
6. The problem of digital transformation of management and development of high-tech agriculture towards a circular economy.
7. The problem of building a digital platform connecting the supply and demand of technical labor between students/workers and businesses in Hai Duong.
8. The problem of building a dashboard system to analyze socio-economic development data at commune/district level in Hai Duong province.
9. The problem of building a comprehensive digital transformation solution in Hai Duong (digital government, digital economy, digital society).
10. The problem of developing digital technology and virtual assistants to support businesses in accessing, ordering, and using research results from institutes and schools in production/business and creating a two-way information channel between research and management units and businesses.
11. The problem of digital transformation, applying technology to develop smart tourism in Hai Duong province in the period 2025 - 2030.
These are solutions, inventions, technical improvements, initiatives to improve work efficiency, work performance, applications, digital platforms, information systems, etc. reviewed and synthesized by the Department of Science and Technology based on proposals from the actual needs of agencies and units.
