120 officers and soldiers of the Lao People's Army have arrived in Vietnam to prepare to participate in the parade in celebration of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day, September 2 (A80).

On August 16, at Cau Treo International Border Gate, Ha Tinh province, a ceremony was held to welcome 120 officers and soldiers of the Lao People's Democratic Republic to Vietnam to participate in the parade and march at the 80th Anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day, September 2.

Soldiers of the Lao People's Army were welcomed at the border gate.

The Military Command of Ha Tinh province is the unit assigned to receive 120 Lao officers and soldiers to complete entry procedures, and at the same time guide the delegation to the capital Hanoi to train and participate in the parade in the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2.

This is the second time this year that the Lao People's Army has sent a delegation of officers and soldiers to participate in parades and marches to celebrate major holidays in Vietnam.
