Leading the CCPIT Shandong delegation was Mr. Chu Liang, Director of the Trade and Investment Service Center. Receiving the delegation on behalf of DAA Vietnam was Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan Huong, Member of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association and President of the Club. Representing VIMC at the meeting were Mr. Le Quang Trung, Deputy General Director, and representatives from various specialized departments.
During the meeting, Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan Huong introduced the role, activities, and development orientation of DAA VN, affirming the desire to create an effective bridge between Vietnamese businesses and international partners, including the business community of Shandong province.
VIMC Deputy General Director Le Quang Trung presented an overview of VIMC's capabilities and advantages within the national maritime ecosystem, including a large-scale shipping fleet, strategic port systems, and a logistics network stretching from North to South, while emphasizing that China is a key market in the Corporation's international cooperation strategy.
Representatives from CCPIT Shandong highly appreciated the potential for cooperation with VIMC and DAA Vietnam, especially in the fields of maritime transport, goods trade, logistics services, and infrastructure investment. Mr. Chu Liang proposed that both sides strengthen delegation exchanges, coordinate the organization of conferences and forums to promote trade, and enhance information sharing to support businesses from both sides in accessing markets and investment opportunities.
At the conclusion of the program, the parties agreed to maintain regular contact, explore specific cooperation projects, and work towards building a sustainable cooperative relationship. This visit is expected to open up new avenues in trade and investment connectivity, contributing to the development of a modern logistics ecosystem, increasing competitiveness, and promoting regional linkages.
