On the morning of December 13th, the Executive Committee of the Hanoi City Party Committee, 18th term, held its third meeting (a thematic meeting) to consider and provide feedback on the investment policy for the construction of the Olympic Sports Urban Area in the South of Hanoi and the construction of the Red River Landscape Boulevard. These two projects are of particular importance, contributing to the development of the Capital City, the Red River Delta region, and the entire country, aiming to create a miracle on the Red River. The total investment for the two projects is approximately 1,780,000 billion VND.
Considering three key areas will create momentum for the capital's strategic projects.
On the afternoon of December 13th, speaking at the opening of the twenty-ninth session of the 16th term of the Hanoi City People's Council, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Hanoi City People's Council, Phung Thi Hong Ha, stated that at this session, the City People's Council would consider the following three groups of issues: The first group includes four resolutions to concretize the contents of the National Assembly Resolution recently passed at the tenth session.
