In a conversation with VNA reporters in Buenos Aires on the occasion of the 135th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh, Mr. Marcelo Rodríguez emphasized that President Ho Chi Minh, the outstanding leader of the Vietnamese people and the Communist Party of Vietnam in the struggle against colonialism and for independence for the Vietnamese nation, has become a shining example for all nations.
In Argentina, the image of President Ho Chi Minh has always been admired. For many years, his books and documents on Party building and organization, the international communist movement and Marxism-Leninism have been studied and studied by the Argentine Communist Party. President Ho Chi Minh's thoughts on national liberation have always been of great significance to developing countries and the Southern Hemisphere.
According to Mr. Marcelo Rodríguez, the Argentine Communist Party always strives to preserve the legacy and teachings of President Ho Chi Minh, the inspiration for world revolutionary movements that continue to take place on every continent. He affirmed that a nation with faith in the cause of liberation can absolutely stand firm against the most powerful forces and win.
The name of President Ho Chi Minh has gone down in history as an outstanding political activist of the international communist movement, a great leader of the Vietnamese people. President Ho Chi Minh devoted his entire life to the struggle for the liberation of the Vietnamese people and the cause of communism.
Mr. Marcelo Rodríguez, Director of the Center for Marxist Research and Training (CEFMA) under the Communist Party of Argentina, also said that he is conducting research on Vietnam's socio-economic achievements in recent years, while promoting many activities related to bilateral relations such as the Workshop entitled "President Ho Chi Minh and Vietnam-Latin America Relations," held last year during the visit to Argentina of a high-ranking delegation of the Communist Party of Vietnam, led by Comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda Department, as well as activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and national reunification of Vietnam recently.
The Center for Marxist Research and Training recently launched a magazine collecting essays praising him at the Workshop “President Ho Chi Minh and Vietnam-Latin America Relations” held in Buenos Aires in August 2024./.
