Accordingly, the Minister of Home Affairs decided to allow the establishment of the Vietnam Community Cultural Development Association.

The Vietnam Association for Community Cultural Development is a social organization, organized and operating under the Charter approved by the Minister of Home Affairs, complying with the provisions of law, under the state management of the Ministry of Home Affairs; the management of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and ministries and branches related to the field of operation of the Association.

The Vietnam Community Cultural Development Association has legal status, its own seal and account, and is self-sufficient in funding, headquarters and means of operation.

The Head of the Association's Organizing Committee, the President of the Vietnam Association for Community Cultural Development, the Director of the Department of Non- Governmental Organizations and the Chief of Office of the Ministry of Home Affairs are responsible for implementing the Decision.

The decision takes effect from the date of signing.
