Summary of comments, acceptance and explanation of comments on the draft decree replacing the Government's decrees on management of multi-level business activities

Pursuant to the provisions of Clause 5, Article 2 of Decree No. 78/2025/ND-CP, Point e, Clause 2, Article 12 of Circular No. 21/2025/TT-BCT regulating the development, promulgation and implementation of legal documents of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the National Competition Commission sends the Draft Decree replacing the Government's Decrees on the management of multi-level business activities to collect opinions from agencies, organizations and individuals.

Pursuant to the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents, the Ministry of Industry and Trade has organized a consultation on the draft decree replacing government decrees on the management of multi-level business activities.
