Naval Region 3 organizes many activities to honor War Invalids and Martyrs Day, July 27

Towards the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day, Naval Region 3 organized working delegations to visit and present gifts at the Center for Caring for People with Meritorious Services to the Revolution in Da Nang City and Heroic Vietnamese Mothers.

From July 23 to July 25, agencies and units of Naval Region 3 organized many activities to show gratitude, repay kindness, and care for people with revolutionary contributions on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025).

Naval Region 3 organized working delegations to visit and present gifts at the Center for Caring for People with Meritorious Services to the Revolution in Da Nang City; Heroic Vietnamese Mothers; organized meetings and presented more than 250 gifts to war invalids, relatives of martyrs, Agent Orange victims; and soldiers treated at infirmaries and hospitals working in the Region. With the total amount of activities of more than 300 million VND.

The Head of the Regional Command, leaders and commanders of agencies and units of Naval Region 3 organized incense offering and wreath laying ceremonies to commemorate Heroes and Martyrs at martyrs’ cemeteries in Da Nang city; Military Region 5; Tomb of General Vo Nguyen Giap; Highway 9 cemetery, Quang Tri Citadel, etc.

On this occasion, the mass organizations of Naval Region 3 also coordinated with the local units to organize activities of marching to the source, general cleaning, offering incense, flowers, and lighting candles in gratitude at 15 martyrs' cemeteries, relic sites, and memorials with more than 600 participants.
