On June 3, the leaders of Nha Trang City People's Committee confirmed that they had issued the Price List for renting beach space and Thanh Nien Football Field to organize events in 2025.
Accordingly, the rental price in the most “prime” beach area, located on the East side of Tran Phu Street, Nha Trang City (from Phan Chu Trinh Street to Hoang Dieu Street), is nearly 2.7 million VND/m2/year. This new price is nearly 1.6 million VND/m2/year higher than the old price list.

The beach area on Tran Phu Street (from Hoang Dieu Street to To Hieu Street) and the beach on the East side of Pham Van Dong Street (from the North of Tran Phu Bridge to the intersection of Pham Van Dong - Mai Xuan Thuong) both have a price of VND 891,000/m2/year. This price is nearly VND 450,000/m2/year higher than the old price list.
Nha Trang City People's Committee assigned the City Public Service Management Board to base on the above unit price to organize the signing of contracts with enterprises and collect and pay the budget according to regulations.
In addition, the City People's Committee also requested the Public Service Management Board to review, calculate and collect the difference in contract value for contracts signed and extended until April 30, to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
Nha Trang Beach is over 10km long, located along Tran Phu Street and Pham Van Dong Street. This beach is one of the famous domestic and international tourist destinations, attracting millions of tourists every year thanks to its natural beauty and mild climate.
