New beginning, big ambition

Steady progress

In the last term (2020 - 2025), despite facing many challenges, the Party Committee and People of the three communes of Ta Hine, Ninh Loan, and Da Loan have achieved impressive results in all fields, creating a solid foundation for the development of the new Ta Hine. In particular, the economy continues to maintain stability with a positive structural shift. The total budget revenue for the past 5 years of all three communes reached 51,238 billion VND, exceeding the set plan. In particular, the average crop production value in Ta Hine reached 253 million VND, exceeding the target by 168.7%. The work of linking agricultural production with cooperatives and enterprises has also increased significantly.

Along with that, agricultural production and livestock breeding have developed steadily in the direction of applying science and technology, improving quality and output; currently there are 3 OCOP products (Ta Hine Red Mushroom, ST Ninh Loan Rice Wine, Rin Da Loan Coffee) along with 6 cooperatives and 5 cooperative groups operating effectively. Forest management and protection have been strengthened, the number of violations of the Forestry Law has decreased significantly over the years.

The New Rural Program has achieved many positive results, creating changes in awareness and attracting contributions from the people. Ninh Loan and Da Loan communes have met the advanced new rural standards, Ta Hine is completing the dossier for appraisal. The socio-economic infrastructure system such as rural traffic, schools, and lighting is increasingly complete. Land, resource management, and environmental protection are concerned, waste treatment is strictly controlled, plastic waste is minimized, and models of "garbage-free roads, bright, green, clean, beautiful, and safe residential areas" are replicated.

Culture, society and people have developed comprehensively. The quality of education has been improved with the rate of children and students graduating from school reaching 100%. Up to now, 3 communes have 5 schools meeting national standards level 1, of which Ninh Loan Primary School has met standards level 2. The work of encouraging learning and talent has been promoted, building a learning society. The movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" has developed widely, maintaining 100% of cultural villages in Ta Hine, Ninh Loan, Da Loan.

Poverty reduction has achieved positive results, with the multidimensional poverty rate falling to 3.51%. The elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses has been basically completed. The rate of people participating in health insurance has reached over 95% and all commune health stations have met national health standards. Attention has been paid to the protection and care of children, the elderly, and gender equality.

Local defense and security and order are ensured. The movement "All people participate in protecting national security" is maintained effectively. Complaints and denunciations are handled promptly and in accordance with regulations. In particular, administrative reform, e-government and digital government construction are promoted, improving the efficiency of serving the people.

The work of building the Party and the political system has been strengthened. The Party Committee has seriously implemented the Resolution of the 4th Central Committee (12th tenure) and Conclusion No. 21-KL/TW on building and rectifying the Party, resolutely preventing and repelling degradation. Political, ideological and ethical work has been focused on, improving the political capacity and moral qualities of cadres and Party members. The quality of Party cell activities has been innovated; the work of developing new Party members has achieved positive results with 99 new Party members admitted in 5 years.

According to the Ta Hine Commune Party Committee, the above results were achieved thanks to the close leadership and direction of the departments, branches and organizations at higher levels. Inheriting and promoting the achievements of previous terms; as well as the solidarity and unity of the entire political system from commune to village, the consensus and participation of the people in promoting democracy, cadres and party members strictly complying with the working regulations and principles of the Party to concretize the implementation of the Resolution of the Commune Party Congress for the term 2020 - 2025.

Towards a sustainable future

With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", on the basis of the achievements, in the 2025 - 2030 term, the Ta Hine Commune Party Committee has identified clear goals and directions. In particular, the locality will focus on 4 strategic breakthroughs including: Promoting administrative reform, digital transformation, building a serving government; Strengthening trade - services associated with private economic development; Investing in urban infrastructure; Focusing on developing high-tech agriculture, smart agriculture, organic agriculture, building local agricultural product brands, developing agricultural tourism and cultural tourism.

With specific goals and targets, Ta Hine commune sets expectations for an average annual growth rate of total product value of 8-10%, an average income per capita increase of 30-35% by 2030, and a poverty rate of less than 3%. With solidarity, determination and aspiration for development, Ta Hine is facing a new promising stage. This is the driving force for Ta Hine to grow strongly, contributing to the overall development of Lam Dong province and the whole country.
