2,000 young workers spread positive energy

Youth Workers' Festival helps strengthen community ties and demonstrate corporate social responsibility.

On May 11, at 3-2 Square ( Bac Giang province), the "Young Workers - Spreading Positive Energy" Festival 2025 took place, with the participation of more than 2,000 union members and young workers.

This is a practical activity in response to Workers' Month 2025, implementing the movement "I love my Fatherland" and the 2025 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign.

The festival is organized to equip knowledge and life skills; improve physical and mental life; strengthen solidarity in the community of young workers, especially in industrial parks, export processing zones, and non-state enterprises. This is also an opportunity for businesses to join hands, demonstrate social responsibility and care for the young workforce.

With the theme “Young workers - Spreading positive energy”, the festival includes the following activities: Medical examination, health consultation, medicine provision and free gifts for 1,000 young workers; running and badminton competitions for young workers; and the contest “Searching for young workers’ talents”.

In particular, there is a music night “Spreading positive energy” with the participation of many famous young artists. In addition, within the framework of the festival, there is a lucky draw activity for young workers, with 2 Special prizes (motorbikes worth 25 million VND/prize) and 20 other gifts.

The organizers said that this year, the central-level "Young Workers - Spreading Positive Energy" Festival series will be held in three provinces and cities: Bac Giang (May 11), Dong Nai (May 18) and Nghe An (May 25). The 2025 festival series is expected to attract more than 6,000 young workers.

Of which, 3,000 young workers were consulted, examined, treated, given free medicine and given gifts; nearly 100 gifts were given in the lucky draw program, including 6 Honda Wave RSX motorbikes, with a total prize of nearly 300 million VND.
