225 businesses owe more than 238 billion VND in taxes - Cao Bang Electronic Newspaper

According to Cao Bang Provincial Tax Department, as of June 30, the whole province still has 225 enterprises owing over 138 billion VND in large, long-term tax arrears.

Of which, the two enterprises with the largest debts are the Trade and Industry Development Company Limited ( Hanoi ) with over 29 billion VND; and the Northeast Energy Investment and Development Company Limited with over 22 billion VND.

2 enterprises owe from 4 to over 7 billion VND including: Truong Minh Company Limited (Hanoi); Minh Hoang Company Limited (Thuc Phan ward).

6 enterprises owe from 2.2 billion VND to over 2.7 billion VND including: Dinh Van Construction and Trading Company Limited, Trinh Khanh Commune 2.7 billion VND; Coc Hoa Tay Giang Cao Bang Joint Stock Company, Nung Tri Cao Ward 2.6 billion VND; Tam Viet Joint Stock Company, Nung Tri Cao Ward 2.6 billion VND; Quang Minh Company Limited, Thuc Phan Ward 2.3 billion VND; Dung Anh One Member Company Limited 2.2 billion VND; Toan Dong Company Limited Branch 2.3 billion VND.

15 enterprises owe from over 1 billion to under 1.7 billion VND; 200 enterprises owe from over 10 million VND to over 966 million VND.

Cao Bang Provincial Tax Department publicly announces the list of taxpayers with tax debts and other revenues to the State budget, due to taxpayers violating the provisions of Point a, Clause 1, Article 100 of the Law on Tax Administration No. 38/2019/QH14 and Point g, Clause 1, Article 29 of Decree 126/2020/ND-CP dated October 19, 2020 of the Government .
