Of these, 1 house completely collapsed, the rest were damaged from 30-70%, concentrated in the communes of Minh Tan, Hung Loi, Dong Van, Niem Son, Tri Phu, An Tuong, Thai Binh , Xuan Van. In addition, 63 houses had to be urgently evacuated. Heavy rain affected and damaged 4 kindergartens and primary schools in An Tuong, Quang Nguyen and Phuc Ninh wards.

Regarding agricultural production, 360 hectares of rice, corn, and fruit trees were flooded and destroyed; many traffic routes were eroded, causing traffic jams and endangering people and vehicles.

Currently, storms and rains are still evolving abnormally, flash floods, landslides are at risk of occurring in all localities. The Provincial Civil Defense Command requests localities to assign forces to be on duty 24/24, prepare response plans, ensure the safety of people's lives and property; provide food, necessities and clean water to people in areas affected by natural disasters; use available resources to transport goods to isolated areas; proactively support and guide people to overcome the consequences, quickly stabilize their lives and production.
